Oceanview Manor, (OVM) is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) corporation which provides 61 affordable, one bedroom, cottage style, apartments through its partnership with HUD (The Department of Housing and Urban Development) for persons over 62 years of age and for persons under age with a documented disability.
