History

Ocean Pines opened its doors in August of 1972, developed thru the mechanisms of Section 236 of the Federal Housing Act. Pinewood opened its doors in October of 1981, thru the 202 program. Both offer federal rent subsidies thru Section 8 to qaulifying applicants.
