The Pines is a not-for-profit:

• community of people living on the picturesque coast of Maine in comfortable, affordable apartments specifically designed for retirees and those with special needs.
• community which recognizes the uniqueness and worth of each resident and encourages on-going sharing of talents, skills and interests.
• community which offers opportunities for creative leisure pursuits, continuous personal growth, varied social activities and interfaith religious services in a pleasant, secure environment.
• community which encourages maximum independence yet is supportive of its residents and responsive to individual needs.
