The Oceanview Manor and Pinewood Manor Board of Directors and NEBC management staff welcome you to The Pines. For almost forty years The Pines has provided a wonderful living environment at an affordable cost. The vision of The Pines for the operation and management of the property is as follows:

We offer the highest quality of service and care. We offer a range of attractive, safe, and environmentally responsible housing. Our staff is a team which offers a range of social, educational, spiritual and supportive services designed to help our residents live as actively and independently as possible as they grow older. Christian values are the foundation of our mission, and our community is one of the ministries of The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts. Supported in part by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and also by private donors, our goal is to ensure that residents obtain the most economical housing possible.

The House Rules Manual is presented as a well-planned orientation to the rules and regulations that support our residents in living together in a spirit of consideration and cooperation. We encourage you to make any suggestions necessary and helpful towards the improvement of the “quality of life” here at The Pines.

The Pines is designed for your comfort and convenience, and we hope that you will enjoy every day of your residence here.
