At The Pines Senior Communities at Ocean Park, apartment features are built around the needs of daily life. Open-concept living spaces, full kitchens, accessible bathrooms with walk-in showers and ADA toilets, grab bars, emergency pull cords, and ample storage all help residents move through their routines with greater ease and peace of mind. The Pines at Ocean Park

The Pines at Ocean Park offers 55 affordable, single-story one-bedroom apartments through HUD and MaineHousing for adults age 62 and older, as well as younger adults with a documented disability. Each apartment includes an open-concept living space, an ADA-accessible bathroom with walk-in shower, ample storage, a private patio, and one designated parking space.
The community also features five market-rate apartments for adults age 55 and older, plus access to a Community Building with coin-operated laundry, a library, TV, exercise equipment, and on-site management offices.

Pinewood Manor provides affordable apartment homes with supportive amenities for income-eligible older adults and adults with disabilities.

Pinewood Manor

Pinewood Manor, located next to The Pines at Ocean Park, offers 50 one-bedroom apartments through the HUD 202/8 program for income-eligible older adults and adults with disabilities. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and private patio or deck, along with one uncovered parking space.
Residents enjoy access to shared amenities including laundry, library and computer space, a darts area, hair salon, and The Pines Community Building next door. In 2016, 14 apartments were designated as Type 1 Assisted Living units, and from 2018 to 2020, all apartments were fully renovated.
